Thoughts on Holiday project

I have chosen to publish here a critical essay I wrote concerning the intellectual underpinnings of the project.  Holiday was an experimental film meant to ask questions about nature of the abduction narrative as a cultural object.  I intended to have this published in an academic journal but the process was so absurd I lost interest.
